The Digital Marketing Specialist supports day-to-day digital campaign execution across planning, setup, monitoring, reporting, and optimization support. This role helps keep channel operations organized and effective while supporting the broader marketing team with performance-focused execution.

This role is suited to someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working inside campaign dashboards, trackers, and structured marketing processes. The position requires accuracy, curiosity, and the ability to turn data into actionable support for improvement.

• Support campaign setup, launch coordination, budget tracking, and performance monitoring across digital channels.
• Prepare reporting on campaign reach, traffic, conversions, spend, and efficiency metrics.
• Maintain audience lists, tracking details, creative status, and campaign documentation.
• Identify issues or underperforming patterns and escalate them with supporting data.
• Coordinate with design, content, and landing page stakeholders on campaign inputs.
• Help maintain a disciplined testing and optimization rhythm across active digital programs.

අවශ්‍ය සුදුසුකම්

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, campaign operations, or related roles.
• Strong comfort with digital platforms, spreadsheets, and campaign reporting.
• Good analytical thinking and attention to execution detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
