The Graphic Designer supports TeamZoro's marketing and communication output by turning briefs into polished visual assets across campaign, brand, digital, and company materials. This role helps maintain visual consistency and delivery quality across a broad range of market-facing and internal design needs.

This role suits a designer who is disciplined, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple asset types without losing consistency. The position requires strong visual judgment, organized file management, and the ability to collaborate smoothly with marketing and content stakeholders.

• Design campaign assets, social creatives, presentation materials, brand graphics, and supporting visual outputs.
• Translate briefs into clear, polished visual work aligned with TeamZoro's brand direction and communication goals.
• Prepare design files for review, revision, handoff, and publication with disciplined version control.
• Work with marketing and content stakeholders to refine layouts, hierarchy, and message clarity.
• Maintain asset libraries, templates, and organized source files for ongoing reuse.
• Support design consistency across channels, formats, and campaign timelines.

අවශ්‍ය සුදුසුකම්

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of professional design experience across digital marketing, brand, or campaign work.
• Strong portfolio showing layout, campaign, and communication design quality.
• Proficiency with standard design tools and organized file workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
