Role summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will own digital channel planning and execution across TeamZoro's campaigns in Sri Lanka. This role is responsible for turning commercial goals into disciplined media plans, campaign optimization routines, and structured performance reporting that supports scalable growth.

This role is suited to someone who is fluent in digital channel operations and comfortable combining hands-on execution with strategic planning. The position requires strong analytical discipline, careful budget stewardship, and the ability to keep campaign execution sharp across multiple priorities.

Compensation

LKR 155,000 - LKR 225,000 / month

Compensation is shared for transparency and is reviewed alongside scope, level, and location alignment during hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital campaign planning and execution across paid social, search, display, video, and related channels.
  • Manage budget allocation, channel priorities, testing plans, and performance optimization routines.
  • Establish reporting on impressions, clicks, conversions, cost efficiency, and campaign contribution to business goals.
  • Partner with design, content, analytics, and growth stakeholders to improve channel effectiveness.
  • Maintain quality control across ad setups, tracking, landing page alignment, and audience segmentation.
  • Translate digital performance trends into clear recommendations for channel investment and campaign iteration.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance media roles.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, digital channel measurement, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to work with structured reporting, budgets, and execution detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred experience

  • Experience in platform businesses, software-led companies, or digital commerce environments.
  • Exposure to attribution, analytics tooling, or conversion tracking implementation.
  • Experience working with external agencies or media partners.
  • Comfort coordinating multiple concurrent campaigns with different objectives.
