Notice details
Last updated May 6, 2026. This notice supplements the main TeamZoro Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Careers Privacy Notice explains how TeamZoro handles personal information submitted through TeamZoro Careers, including role applications, future opportunities profiles, careers contact forms, status lookups, recruiter review, and offer-stage workflows.
It supplements the main TeamZoro Privacy Policy. If this notice and the main policy describe the same careers-specific processing differently, this notice controls for the careers workflow.
2. Careers Data We Collect
We collect candidate identity and contact details, location and work-preference information, resume and portfolio materials, eligibility answers, role-fit responses, credential numbers and credential files where a role requires them, recruiter notes, stage history, and future-opportunities preferences.
For offer-stage workflows, we may collect legal employment details, date of birth, nationality, residential address, emergency contact details, preferred start date, payroll routing details, acceptance or decline status, and notes provided by the candidate.
3. Why We Use Careers Data
We use careers data to evaluate applications, verify role eligibility, communicate with candidates, schedule or manage hiring stages, maintain a recruiting record, prepare offer and onboarding workflows, and satisfy legal, compliance, security, and recordkeeping requirements.
Future opportunities profiles are used to consider candidates for later openings and to contact them when a potentially relevant role or team need appears.
4. Sharing and Access
Careers data is available only to TeamZoro personnel and service providers who need it for recruiting, HR, security, hosting, storage, communications, legal, or compliance work.
We do not sell careers data. We may disclose it when required by law, to protect TeamZoro, or to investigate misuse, fraud, or security issues.
5. Storage and Retention
Careers records are stored in TeamZoro's recruiting systems, database, cloud storage, and email infrastructure. Sensitive offer-stage details are kept in the restricted recruiter workspace and are not intentionally indexed by public search engines.
We retain application and future-opportunities records for as long as needed for recruiting, candidate re-engagement, legal compliance, audit, dispute handling, or security needs. When a record is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or restrict it according to operational requirements.
6. Candidate Controls
Candidates may request access, correction, or deletion of careers data by contacting the careers or legal team. Some records may need to be retained where legal, compliance, audit, fraud-prevention, or dispute obligations apply.
Candidates should not submit unnecessary sensitive information in resumes, notes, or contact forms. TeamZoro may ask for additional details later if a hiring stage requires them.
