Growth Marketing Manager

Role summary

The Growth Marketing Manager will lead demand and growth execution for TeamZoro in Sri Lanka, connecting acquisition channels, customer lifecycle communication, campaign testing, and measurable conversion performance into one coherent operating rhythm. This role is responsible for building repeatable growth systems that support customer, merchant, and partner adoption.

This role suits a commercially strong marketer who is comfortable with experimentation, funnel thinking, and operating discipline. The position requires analytical fluency, crisp campaign execution, and the ability to translate growth targets into clear priorities across channels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth marketing strategy and execution across paid, owned, lifecycle, and conversion-focused channels.
• Own acquisition and activation planning tied to customer, merchant, or partner growth priorities.
• Build campaign calendars, testing plans, and measurement routines that improve channel efficiency and conversion.
• Partner with design, content, product, and analytics stakeholders on campaign execution and landing experience quality.
• Monitor funnel performance, CAC, conversion, retention, and related growth indicators.
• Turn data and experimentation results into clear recommendations for budget allocation and scaling decisions.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or digital acquisition.
• Strong familiarity with paid media, conversion funnels, campaign testing, and performance reporting.
• Ability to manage cross-functional execution with structured planning and measurable targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred experience

• Experience in digital platforms, SaaS, software-enabled services, or multi-stakeholder growth environments.
• Exposure to activation, retention, CRM, or lifecycle communication systems.
• Working knowledge of analytics tooling and campaign attribution models.
• Experience managing agencies or external channel partners.
