Role summary

The HR Coordinator supports TeamZoro's internal people operations by helping manage recruitment scheduling, onboarding tasks, record updates, and day-to-day employee administration. This role helps keep people workflows accurate, timely, and organized as the company grows.

This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with confidential information and recurring process tasks. The role requires strong coordination skills, careful documentation habits, and professional internal communication.

Compensation

LKR 55,000 - LKR 75,000 / month

Compensation is shared for transparency and is reviewed alongside scope, level, and location alignment during hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews, hiring logistics, onboarding checklists, and employee administration tasks.
  • Maintain employee records, HR trackers, documentation files, and internal updates with accuracy.
  • Support new-joiner preparation, document collection, and onboarding schedule coordination.
  • Respond to routine internal HR requests and escalate sensitive or complex matters appropriately.
  • Assist with policy communication, leave tracking, and internal people-process administration.
  • Help maintain organized records and reliable follow-through across HR workflows.

Required qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related discipline.
  • 1+ year of experience in HR coordination, recruitment support, or employee administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with interview coordination, onboarding administration, or employee records management.
  • Exposure to HR trackers, documentation systems, or structured administrative workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil in addition to English.
  • Interest in company operations and employee experience.
