Role summary

The Office Administrator supports TeamZoro's day-to-day office operations by keeping facilities, records, logistics, and administrative support tasks organized and dependable. This role helps ensure the office environment and supporting routines run smoothly for internal teams.

This role is suited to someone who is practical, organized, and comfortable owning recurring administrative detail. The position requires strong follow-through, service-minded coordination, and the ability to keep workplace support work consistent and well organized.

Compensation

LKR 50,000 - LKR 75,000 / month

Compensation is shared for transparency and is reviewed alongside scope, level, and location alignment during hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities support, meeting logistics, and routine workplace administration.
  • Maintain internal records, administrative files, and office support trackers with accuracy.
  • Support vendor coordination, deliveries, document handling, and recurring office tasks.
  • Assist internal teams with practical administrative needs and route issues to the right owner.
  • Help maintain orderly office systems, filing practices, and workplace readiness.
  • Identify administrative inefficiencies or recurring issues and support improvements.

Required qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in administration, business, management, or a related discipline.
  • 1+ year of experience in office administration, workplace support, or general administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and a service-oriented approach to internal support.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks with consistency and care.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred experience

  • Experience in office coordination, facilities support, or multi-team administrative environments.
  • Exposure to vendor coordination, document handling, or workplace logistics.
  • Working knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil in addition to English.
  • Comfort in fast-moving company environments.
