Role summary
The Partnerships Associate supports the partnerships function by helping organize outreach, coordination, documentation, and follow-up across active and prospective collaborations. This role helps keep relationship work structured and visible while supporting the manager with execution detail.
This role suits someone who communicates well, keeps commitments organized, and is comfortable working with external stakeholders and internal teams in parallel. The position requires discipline, professionalism, and the ability to maintain high follow-through across relationship-led work.
Compensation
LKR 65,000 - LKR 100,000 / month
Compensation is shared for transparency and is reviewed alongside scope, level, and location alignment during hiring.
Responsibilities
- Support partnership outreach, scheduling, proposal preparation, and follow-up communication.
- Maintain trackers for prospective and active partners, action items, and internal dependencies.
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, draft documents, and briefing materials for partnership discussions.
- Coordinate with legal, marketing, operations, and leadership stakeholders on partnership support tasks.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and status updates across partnership workstreams.
- Escalate delays, unclear ownership, or missing inputs through the correct internal path.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships support, business coordination, account support, or commercial administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with multi-stakeholder follow-up.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and detail under changing priorities.
Preferred experience
- Experience in business development, partnership coordination, or proposal support.
- Exposure to institutional, commercial, or cross-functional relationship work.
- Working knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil in addition to English.
- Interest in structured external relationship management.
