Role summary

The Partnerships Manager will build and manage TeamZoro's partnership agenda in Sri Lanka across commercial, promotional, and strategic relationship channels. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, structuring collaboration plans, maintaining partner communication, and ensuring partnerships move from concept to measurable execution.

This position suits someone who combines relationship-building strength with structured follow-through. The role requires commercial awareness, strong communication, and the ability to organize cross-functional delivery once a partnership direction is agreed.

Compensation

LKR 165,000 - LKR 240,000 / month

Compensation is shared for transparency and is reviewed alongside scope, level, and location alignment during hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of partnership opportunities aligned with growth, distribution, brand, or company priorities.
  • Manage outreach, evaluation, negotiation support, and structured follow-up with partner organizations.
  • Develop partnership proposals, working plans, and internal coordination documents.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, legal, and leadership stakeholders on partner execution requirements.
  • Track partnership health, deliverables, timelines, and commercial or strategic outcomes.
  • Improve internal visibility and process discipline around partnership workstreams.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or commercial relationship roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation support, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple external relationships while maintaining internal execution discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred experience

  • Experience in platform businesses, software-led companies, or commercial ecosystem roles.
  • Exposure to partnership contracts, proposal development, or joint campaign execution.
  • Experience working with public, institutional, or multi-stakeholder partners.
  • Strong understanding of local market collaboration dynamics in Sri Lanka.
